AceShowbiz - At least one of Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' children knows how to win the hearts of social media users amid the rapper's legal issues. Chance Combs has been praised for keeping it classy and age appropriate when going to prom with her boyfriend Branson Bailey.
On Monday, April 29, the 17-year-old model and the 18-year-old athlete took to their respective Instagram pages to share pictures from their prom date. In the images, the young couple looked cute as they posed together.
Chance wore a backless lilac gown that was covered in intricate floral applique and iridescent sequins. The dress also featured a side slit as she wore a colorful corsage. Her hair was styled in a ponytail and she accessorized with a pair of purple bejeweled dangle earrings.
Branson matched her and wore a boutonniere of the same style and flowers. The younger brother of singers/actresses Chloe Bailey and Halle Bailey sported a simple black tuxedo with a vest and bowtie for the party.
"Prom 2k24," Chance captioned her post. Meanwhile, Branson made a pun with his date's name as he wrote in the caption, "take a chance 2k24." While Branson received support from his famous sisters in the comments of his post, others praised the young couple, particularly Chance, for her prom look.
"Very classy and age appropriate," one commented underneath her post. Another dubbed the model "classy girl," as another raved, "Now this is prom! I love everything about this! Beautiful."
"Simply beautiful, very elegant. Not to mention the young man is very handsome," a fourth person gushed. Someone else weighed in, "Just gorgeous and let's give it up for this sharp handsome young man with them beautiful dimples," while another praised Branson, "Bran-Stand! Classy. Bravo young man."
Chance and Branson's relationship was revealed after Valentine's Day of this year. On the celebration of love, the young athlete apparently showered his girlfriend with special gifts as she showed off a giant teddy bear and a bouquet of red roses that she apparently received from him.
Chance appeared to have posted the images on her social media page, which then caught the attention of several blogs. The teen also gave looks at her sweet romance with Branson before. In a video, the pair were seen doing a special handshake.
It's unclear when they started being an item, but they reportedly attended Homecoming dance together in 2023.
